Chase Jamone Lewis

Chase Lewis, 13 month old infant died on November 28, 2012 at the LeBonheur Children’s Hopsital in Memphis, TN. He is survived by his parents, Denzel Cook of Martin, TN and Megan Fitts of Hickman, KY. Funeral services will be held at the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. James Roberson officiating on Friday, December 7, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow in the Hickman City Cemetery.
