Danny Eugene Callison

Daniel “Danny” Eugene Callison, 65, of Fulton, KY died on March 7, 2017 at his residence. Danny had been employed by Marquette Transportation as a towboat chief engineer. He was a member of the East Baptist Church in Hickman. He was born in Hickman, KY on April 12, 1951. His parents were Harold Callison and Jenetta (Mansfield) Callison Kuppe. Danny is survived by his wife Martha (Allen) Callison of Fulton; daughter, Vicki Lewis of South Fulton, TN; brothers, Steve Callison of Hickman and Floyd Keith of Elizabeth, CO; grandchildren, Brett Hancock of Fulton, Ashley Weldon of South Fulton, TN and Madison Lang of Fountain CO; one great grandchild, Greyson Weldon of South Fulton, TN He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold Callison and Jenetta Callison Kuppe and two brothers, Dennis Callison and Barry Callison. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Strong Funeral Home. Rev. Henry Callison will officiate the service. Burial will follow in the Hickman City Cemetery with Larry Miller, Kevin Miller, Micah Callison, Brett Hancock, Chris Hayden and Michael Weldon serving as pallbearers. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Strong Funeral Home from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM.
