Roberta Duncan

Mrs. Roberta Duncan, 85, of Hickman, KY died on November 8, 2017 at the Obion County Nursing Home. She was born in Fulton County, KY on February 5, 1932 to the late Eugene Cagle and the late Ruby (Harrison) Dodds. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Houston Duncan, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Mrs. Roberta was a member of the West Baptist Church in Hickman. She had worked as a clerk at 3-J’s in Fulton and the former Minute Mart in Hickman. She is survived by her sons, Mickie (Shirley) Duncan of Dickson, TN, Jackie (Wendy) Duncan of Hickman, Danny (Chris) Duncan of Philadelphia, TN, Rickie (Jackie) Duncan of Dresden, TN and Paul Duncan of Hickman; daughters, Paula Moss of Fulton, KY, Martha Lawler of Martin, TN and Rebecca Duncan of Palmersville, TN; sisters, Nannie Belle Readenour of Kansas, Annie Belle Gibson of Crutchfield, KY, Freda Jones of Martin, TN and Helen Bowlin of Virginia, 19 Grandchildren and numerous Great Grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Strong Funeral Home with Rev. James Roberson officiating. Burial will follow in the Hickman City Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home on Friday, November 10th and again on Saturday, November 11th from 10:00 AM until service time. Michael Duncan, Shaun Duncan, Bradley Moss, Robby Woods, Richard Paul Duncan and Brian Duncan will serve as pallbearers.
