Alice Josiephine Hicks

She was a member of the Riceville Baptist Church in Fulton, KY.
She was a machine operator for the former Henry I. Siegel for
45 years. She had lived in this area all of her life.
She is survived by a son and daughter in law, Andrew Franklin and Susan Hicks of Valdese, NC., a daughter and son in law, Agnes and Terry Gish of Dresden, TN., a brother, Will Hicks of Union City, TN., five grandchildren, Jeffrey Andrew Hicks, Mark Hicks, Amanda Hicks, Jon Meacham. Alison Meacham, and three great grandchildren, Cassidy Hicks, Briana Hicks, and Audrey Long.
She was preceded in death by her husband Andrew Franklin Hicks
in 1968, her parents, Albert and Maggie (Edwards) Hicks, three brothers, Thomas, Russell and Henry Hicks and a sister Annie Lou Hawks.
Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Hicks will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in our funeral chapel with burial to follow in the Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8PM Friday and anytime Saturday until the funeral hour.
