Alma Kimbell

Mrs. Alma Morgan Kimbell, age 87, of Fulton, KY died Sunday, July 29, 2018
at the West Tennessee Healthcare Volunteer Hospital in Martin, TN.


Alma Morgan Kimbell was born September 8, 1930 in Crutchfield, KY.
She was the daughter of Dollie Martin Morgan and Harold Holland Morgan
of Water Valley, KY. Alma married William Moss Kimbell of Fulton, KY
April 8, 1950. Alma was the granddaughter of Alonzo and Vara Holland
Morgan of Water Valley, KY. Alma was the sister of Agnes Etheridge
of Mayfield, KY, Ralph Morgan of Dalton, GA and Joe Morgan of Detroit,
MI. She also was the granddaughter of Sim Martin and Rebecca Martin of
Trenton, TN.


Alma graduated at Wingo, KY High School in 1949. She was the mother
of two sons; Allen Lynn Kimbell, born October 12, 1951, deceased on
October 19, 1970, Danny Glenn (Cathy) Kimbell born Feburary 10, 1958,
three grandchildren; Kristen Lynn (Michael) Rushing of Murray, KY,
Emily Anne Kimbell of Frankfort, KY, Sam Kimbell (Krissy Johnston) of
Wingo, KY, two step grandchildren; Jason Brann of Fulton, KY and Jeremey
Moreland of Union City, TN, three great granddaughters; Madison Grace
Rushing of Murray, KY, Delaney Rose Kimbell of Wingo, KY, Madelyn Iris Moore
of Wingo, KY, five step grandchildren; Mia Moreland, Brody Moreland, Avery
Moreland, Alaina Brann and Jaxen Moreland. She also leaves one niece,
Patricia Prince of Mayfield, KY and one nephew, Tommy Etheridge of Mayfield,
KY.

Alma was a member of the First Baptist Church in Fulton, KY for 59 years.
She had been a teacher in the children's department for many years. Also
a church treasurer and assistant treasurer for many years. She was a member of
the Kenneth Crews Couples Sunday School and Laverne Sublette Sunday School
Class.



Funeral services will be held at 10:30AM Wednesday in our funeral chapel
with burial to follow in the Pleasant View Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be
held at the funeral home from 5-8PM Tuesday.
