Anthony Wayne Caksackkar, age 46, of South Fulton, TN died Friday, February 18, 2011 at the Parkway Regional Hospital - E.R.
He was a mechanic and had lived most of his life in this area.
He is survived by two daughters, Dominique Caksackkar of Fulton KY,
Mallorie Anderson of Peru,IN, one stepson, Kyle Ray of Paducah,KY,
four grandchildren, Payton Anderson of Peru,IN, Alayah Caksackkar of Fulton,KY, Jeremy Ray and Shyanne Ray both of Paducah,KY, three brothers, Stephen Dale Caksackkar of Houston County,TN, Tommy
Lynn Caksackkar of South Fulton, TN, Richard Alan Caksackkar of
Hornbeak, TN, a sister Marlena Noel Caksackkar of South Fulton, TN, two half brothers, Ronnie Cook and Donnie Cook both of Hornbeak, TN, two step brothers, Ray Brooks of South Fulton, TN and Nicky Brooks of Texas.
He was preceded in death by his father Don Caksackkar and his mother Martha (Stephens)Brooks.
There will be no visitation or services held at the Hornbeak Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
