Mrs. Barbara Tidwell, age 81, of South Fulton, TN died
June 24, 2014 at the Martin Healthcare in Martin, TN.
She was of the Baptist faith, was a 20 year member of the Jacob Flournoy Chapter of the DAR in Fulton, KY, a member of Fulton Genealogical Society and was a volunteer at the Fulton Public Library. She lived most of her life in this area.
She is survived by two daughters; Sharon (Bro. Glen) Stewart of Mayfield, KY, Tammy Campbell of Union City, TN, four brothers; George(Elaine)Allen, Harold (Jan) Allen, Merle (Judith) Allen all of South Fulton, TN, Don (Linda) Allen of Troy, TN, two sisters; Lora (Pat) James of South Fulton, TN, Rose (Royce) Oliver of Fulton, KY, two grandchildren Bro. Tommy (Wendy) Stewart of Fulton, KY, Heather (John) Beddingfield of Union City, TN and four great grandchildren; Halley Stewart, Remington Stewart, Jordan Campbell and Logan Beddingfield.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Harry Tidwell, two brothers
Charles Allen, Dewayne Allen, a sister Mary Olive and her parents
W.N and Ruby Obrien Allen.
Graveside services will be held at 11 am Thursday at Obion County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 9 am Thursday at the funeral home until time to leave for the cemetery for graveside services.
