He was a retired engineer with General Electric in Tyler, Texas and
was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Had been a member of this community
since 1991.
He is survived by a brother, Phonzie A. Tosh of Dyersburg, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Altas and Laura Ann
Campbell Tosh, 3 brothers, 3 sisters and his wife, Gladys Fry Tosh.
Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, February 15, 2010, at 11:00 am at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton, KY. Interment will follow at Obion County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Sunday and on Monday from 8:00 am until the funeral hour.
