She was a homemaker and member of the New Hope Missionary Baptist
Church. She had lived in this area all of her life.
She is survived by 3 daughters and a son in law: Nina Catherine Hastings of Crutchfield,KY, Patsy Mai & David Collier of Fulton, KY and Norma Dale Yates of Wingo, KY. A son - Jimmie E.Yates of South Fulton, TN.
14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. A sister - Catherine Williamson of Mayfield, KY.
She was preceded in death by her husband-Chester Rufus Yates
who died in World War II in 1945, her parents- John Morrow & Nina (Taylor) Morrow Lomax Corum, and 2 brothers - Elvin Morrow and
Alvin Morrow, 1 grandson and a great grandson.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in our funeral chapel and burial will follow in the Obion Co. Memorial Gardens. Visitation for Mrs. Yates will be from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday and anytime afer 8 a.m. Wednesday until the funeral hour.
