Bettie Sue Cianfarani

Bettie McClure Cianfarani born on August 31, 1933, to the late W.D and Mertie Gilbert McClure passed away Thursday, February 20, 2025, at the Hillview Nursing Home in Dresden, TN.

Bettie, a resident of Dresden, TN was of Catholic faith and was the President of the ladies American Legion Auxiliary Unit 55 in Martin, TN for 25 years. She worked as a cashier at The University of Tennessee of Martin and was an assistant manager at Dollar General of Martin, TN.

She is survived by one son, John Cianfarani and one daughter, Sandra Cianfarani Maddox both of Dresden, TN, seven grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren, two brothers, L.G. McClure of Dresden, TN and Dewey McClure of Palmersville, TN.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one daughter, Debra Cianfarani Russell, one granddaughter, Annette Cianfarani Newsome, one great granddaughter Zoe Newsom, one brother, Frank McClure and one sister Myra Morgan.

Funeral Services for Bettie McClure Cianfarani will be held at a later date.
