Mr. Billy D. Copland, age 77, of Fulton, KY died Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at the Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.
He was a member of the Mt. Pelia Baptist Church and was a former member of the Roberts Lodge in Fulton. He was a retired land surveyor and lived most of his life in the Mt. Pelia community and Fulton.
He is survived by his wife Peggy Martin Copeland, two daughters; Kelly
Leigh Copeland of Martin, TN and Deanna Showli of Memphis, TN, a son in law Isam Showli of Memphis, TN, two grandsons; Adam and Noah Showli of Memphis, TN, a niece Cathy Hedgepath of South Fulton, TN and a nephew Randy O'Keeffee of Union City, TN.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Everett Marshall and Maybelle
Bynum Copeland, one brother and two sisters.
Graveside services will be held at 12 noon Friday at the Greenlea Cemetery. There will be no visitation held at the funeral home and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at the hour of service.
Memorials may be made to the Lourdes Hospice, 911 Joe Clifton Drive, Paducah, KY 42001-3747.
