Mr. Billy Joe Duty, formerly of Hickman, KY died Saturday, November 26,2016 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center.
He had been a machine operator for the former General Tire Company.
He is survived by his children and their spouses John Duty, Gail and
Robert Hoaglend and Terry Duty, all of Peru,Indiana and Allen and
Sherry Duty of Fulton,KY, 16 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren
and a sister Shirley Sims of Texas.
He was preceded in death by his wife Henrietta McCann Duty, his parents John and Annie Jones Duty, two daughters Peggy Darlene Duty and Regina Duty Runkle, three brothers Harold Duty, George Duty and
Frank Duty and three sisters Betty Eakes,Nell Eakes and Dora Micklson.
Graveside services will be held at 11AM Thursday in the Hickman City Cemetery. There will be no visitation held at the funeral home and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at the hour of service.
