Billy R. Pirtle

Mr. Billy Pirtle of Water Valley died Friday evening at the Volunteer Community Hospital in Martin TN.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Fulton KY and was the co-owner of Pirtle Farms, Inc. in Water Valley KY He was also a member of the Water Valley Masonic Lodge# 756 and the Eastern Star #554. He had lived all of his life in this area.
He is survived by two daughters and sons in law, Pamela Ann & Gary
Harper of Benton KY, Betty Nan & Mike Frizzell of Huntsville AL,
two sons and daughters in law, John Craig & Stephanie Pirtle and
Harry Dan & Rita Pirtle both of Water Valley KY, a brother, David M. Pirtle of Water Valley KY, a sister, Sally Ann Farmer of Columbus OH, ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Jane Tibbs Pirtle February 21, 2009, and his parents, Carl Robert and Soncie Reed Pirtle.
Funeral services will be held at 1PM Monday in our funeral chapel.
Burial will follow in the Water Valley Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8PM Sunday.
