Bobby C. Damesworth

Mr. Bobby C. Damesworth, age 82, of Fulton, KY died June 27, 2011 at his home.
He was a member of the South Fulton Baptist Church and had retired from the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in Union City, TN. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in the Korean War and he had lived in this area most of his life.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Lorena (Allison) Damesworth of Fulton, KY, his children Ginny Baer and Barbara Damesworth; three step
daughters, Carolyn Byassee and Shelia Wright, both of South Fulton, TN and Debbie Hicks of Fulton, KY, a step son Donnie Cole and wife Jeanne
of Fulton, KY; fifteen grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and several
great great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jettie (DeHart) and Eli Wilson Damesworth, a daughter Judy Damesworth and a stepson Jimmy Cole, two sisters and two brothers.
Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Wed. June 29th at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel and interment will be in the Union Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-8 pm on Tuesday and anytime Wed. until the funeral hour.
