Brent Wade, age 71, of South Fulton, TN died Sunday, July 18, 2010 at the Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah,KY.
He was a member of the South Fulton Baptist Church and was a 1956 graduate of Martin High School. He was the owner of the former Twin City Auto Parts in South Fulton,TN from 1973-2005; was a custodian for the South Fulton Middle School and was also a former volunteer fireman
for the South Fulton FIre Department for many years. He was a U.S. Army veteran and was a member of the V.F. W. Post # 4862 in Union City, TN and was also a member of the Roberts Lodge # 72 in Fulton,KY. He had lived in this area all of his life.
He is survived by his wife Glenda (Witt) Wade of South Fulton,TN whom he married June 12, 1964; 3 daughters and sons in law, Sandy and Billy Nunnery of Campobello, SC, Tracey and Phil Bivens of South Fulton, TN, and Holly and Rex Coffey of Clinton, KY. Eight grandchildren: Kayla Nunnery
and Ryan Nunnery of Campobello, SC, Amber Paitsel, Morgan Paitsel and Aalia Bivens, all of South Fulton, TN, Abby Coffey, Nicholas Coffey and Ava Coffey, all of Clinton, KY; a sister Sherry Harris of Martin,TN and
a brother Jackie Wade of Water Valley, KY.
He was preceded in death by his father Ward Preston Wade, his mother Mary Frances (Byrd) Ward, a son Ward Mark Wade and a sister
Sandra Wheat.
Masonic services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am Wednesday, July 21 at the funeral home and interment will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 pm on Tuesday at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel and anytime after 8 am on Wednesday until the funeral hour.
