Charles Jacob Austin

Mr. Charles Austin age 58 of Union City died early Saturday at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
He was a member of the Riceville Baptist Church in Fulton, KY and a
veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Vietnam. He had formerly
worked for the Fields and Ashby Sawmill and Fulton Walmart. He had
lived most of his life in this area.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Austin of Union City, TN, three sons, Raymond Chesney and John Chesney both of Paducah, KY,
Bobby (Phuong) of Atlanta, GA, three daughters, Melissa Lofton of
Dallas, TX, Stephanie (John) Shafer and Sarah Austin both of
Union City, TN, and 11 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mabel (Davidson) and
Leslie Austin, a brother and a sister.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
