Charlette Adkins Thomas

Mrs. Charlette Jean Adkins Thomas, age 66, of Union City, TN died
Saturday, April 8, 2017 at her home.
She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Mayfield,KY
and was a retired truck driver for Warner Trucking Company in Utah and
Idaho. She had lived in Graves Co., KY and Obion Co., TN most of her
life.
She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Robert Doyle Thomas of
Union City, TN, a daughter Christy Readenour of Hickory, NC, two
stepchildren, Brittany Dawn Speed of Union City, TN and Chad Gamble
of Savannah, TN, two grandchildren Kaleigh Powers of Mayfield, KY and
Trey Powers of Murray, KY, six step grandchildren and two great grand-
children and a sister Janice Adkins Moore of Paris, TN.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Agnes Coleman
Adkins.
Funeral service will be held at 11 am Monday, April 10th at the House of Worship in Lynnville, KY and burial will follow in the Lynnville Pentecostal Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-8 pm on Sunday. Mrs. Thomas will lie in state at the church from 10 am Monday until the funeral hour.
