Chester Reid Gregory

Chestor Reid Gregory died April 21, 2010 at the North Metro Medical Center - E.R. in Jacksonville, AR.

He was a member of the Fulton Cumberland Presbyterian Church and
was the owner of the former Chester's Garage. He was a veteran
of the U.S. Air Force having served during WWII; a graduate of Dresden High School and he was a member of the American Legion Post #172 in Fulton. He had lived most of his life in this area and had been a resident of Jacksonville,AR since 1996.

He is survived by his wife, Hilde (Mueller) Gregory of Jacksonville, AR, who he married June 7, 1949 in Idar Oberstein Germany, three daughters Nancy Stephenson of Jacksonville, AR, Deborah (Rick)Robertson of Crossett, AR, and Barbara (Ben) Hardy of South Fulton,TN,
six grandchildren, Heather Paddock of Jacksonville AR, Tim Stephenson of Jacksonville AR, Zachary Robertson of Temple TX, Chris Robertson of Conway AR, Meredith Robertson of Crossett AR, Mikaela Hardy of South Fulton,TN, three great grandchildren, Ebon Paddock of Jacksonville AR, Rylan Robertson of Temple TX, Ryder Robertson also of Temple TX, three sisters, Margaret Elizabeth Watts, Frances Louise Pierpoint, and Rachel Pearl Thompson all of Martin,TN.

He was preceded in death by his parents Clifton Hall and Ruth (Hibbs) Gregory and an infant grandson.

Pallbearers will be Ben Hardy, Tim Stephenson, Zachary Robertson, Chris Robertson, Ebon Paddock, Mike Paddock. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Lovas, Mayo Watts, and Ronald Watts, Fayette Mullins, Tim McClurg,
Jason Thompson and Justen Hudson.

Funeral services will beld at
10 am Saturday in our funeral chapel and interment will be in the Greenlea Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8 pm Friday and after 8 am Saturday until the funeral hour.
