Deborah Puckett Watson

Deborah Puckett Watson, age 62 of Lebanon TN,

passed away on January 21, 2025. 

Deborah Marie Puckett was born in Fulton KY to

Shirley Marie Sloan Puckett and Ralph Puckett. She

graduated from South Fulton High School in 1980 and

went on to graduate from Murray State University. She

moved to Nashville, TN and began working for the

Tennessee State Legislature until her retirement from the

Tennessee Archives after 30 years with the state. Her passion

for cooking led to her being a great cook. She enjoyed

listening to music and being with her dogs, Bo and Riley.

After her retirement from the State of Tennessee, Deborah started

her favorite job as an Administrative Assistant for the Sales

Department at Bates Ford in Lebanon.

Deborah is survived by her husband Stan Watson, parents

Shirley and Ralph Puckett of South Fulton, TN, sister Diana

Huggins also of South Fulton, TN.

Visitation for Sunday, January 26, 2025 have been CANCELED. 

Visitation will be held at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel Monday,

January 27, 2025 at 9AM until the hour of service at 11AM. Burial

will follow at Obion County Memorial Gardens.
