She was a member of the Cayce United Methodist Church and was a homemaker. She was a fifty year plus member of the Fulton County Homemakers Club and attended Dale Carnegie Course. She lived in Obion Co. TN., and Fulton Co. KY.
Just celebrating their 77th wedding anniversary she is survived by her husband,
Samuel E. Holly of Fulton, KY., a son, Wendell Holly of Fulton, KY., two daughters, Roberta Terrett of Memphis, TN., Dianna Nerren of Hickman, KY., five grandchildren Joy White of Southaven, MS., Elizabeth Raines of Memphis, TN., Renee Grogan
of Fulton, KY., Holly Alsbrook of Memphis, TN., Bob Nerren of Hickman, KY., eight great granchildren and five great great grandchildren, a brother, Billy Wright of South Fulton, TN., three sisters Lucille Simpson of Fulton, KY., Betty W. Perkins
of Heath, TX., and June B. Klein of Fulton, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Grover Cleveland and Cammie Helen (Darnell) Wright, four brothers, John Alexander Wright, Connie Lee Wright,
Jimmy Wayne Wright, and Grover Cleveland Wright, three sisters, Gladys Evans, Mary Nell Howell, and Ida Carolyn Work.
Funeral services for Mrs. Doris Wright Holly will be held at 11AM Monday in our funeral chapel. Burial will follow in the Cayce Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 9 PM Sunday and anytime Monday until the funeral hour.
