Mrs. Drusilla Archey Droke, age 89, of the Jackson Chapel Community (KY) died July 31, 2011 at the Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, KY.
She attended the Jackson Chapel Church and was a homemaker. She had also worked for Haws Nursing Home as an aide , was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Senior Citizens in Fulton, former League Bowler and a member of the Red Hat Society. She had lived in this area most of her life.
She is survived by four daughters and sons in law, Bobbie (Larry) Stewart of Murfressboro, TN, Frances (Jimmy) Lucy and Jamie (Kenneth)Maxwell, all of Fulton, KY, and Stephanie (Ronnie) Connley-Clayton of Cincinatti, OH,
and two sons and daughters in law, Henry (Trudy) Archey of Fulgham, KY and Michael (Pam) Archey of Union City, TN; 18 grandchildren, 15 great
grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands Casey Archey and Aaron Droke,her parents, Henry Barnett and Vera Bone Barnett Breshears, two sisters and a brother.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, August 3 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel and interment will be in the Clark Cemetery in Clinton, KY. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5-8 pm and after 8 am Wed. until the funeral hour.
