Mr. Edward Lynn Magness, age 68, of South Fulton, TN died May 2, 2011 at his home.
He was a member of the Smith Street Church of Christ and had worked for Farmers Lime Company, both in South Fulton, TN. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and he had lived in this area all of his life.
He is survived by his wife Linda J. (Bumpus) Magness of South Fulton, TN, his mother Estelle (Brooks) Magness of Martin, TN, two sons Jason Lee Magness of Wingo, KY and Joshua Brooks Magness of Martin, TN, a
daughter Amy Jill Magness of South Fulton, TN, two grandchildren Zachary Logan Magness and Shaina Noel Magness, both of Wingo, KY,
and a brother James Lee Magness of Booneville, MS.
He was preceded in death by his father Edward Lee Magness.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am Thursday, May 5 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel and interment will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-8 pm on Wednesday.
