Mrs. Elizabeth "Liz" Jobe of Fulton,KY and formerly of Wingo died February 21,2011 at 11:53 pm at the Haws Memorial Nursing Home.
She was the owner and operator of the former Joy Lynn Florist in
Fulton,KY and was a member of the South Fulton Baptist Church. She played piano there for many years, played for the Lions Club Minstrells and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She had lived in this area all of her life.
She is survived by her daughter and son in law Joy and Tommy
Lynn of Macon, GA and a grandson Bill Lynn also of Macon,GA.
She was preceded in death by her husband Milford Jobe, her parents
Florence (Wilson) and Shelley Norman Valentine, two brothers Lowell Valentine and Bill Valentine, and three sisters Thelma Roberts, Alma Beadles and Margaret Bard Norman.
Graveside services will be held at 2 pm on Friday, Feb. 25 at the Water Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 12 noon on Friday until time to leave for the cemetery for services.
