Eric Lynn Burdett

Mr. Eric Lynn Burdett, age 52, of Water Valley, KY passed
away Friday, November 11, 2022 at the Jackson Purchase
Medical Center ER in Mayfield, KY.

He was born on January 31, 1970 in Staunton, IL to 
James Burdett of Eugene, OR and Annie Kirkwood of 
Staunton, IL.

Eric was a truck driver for LTI in Salem, IL and moved
to this area in 2015.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children:
Cody Schlechte of Water Valley, KY, Kevin Schlechte of
Port Orange, FL, Madison Schlechte of Water Valley, KY 
and Ember Schlechte of Water Valley, KY, three brothers:
Garrett Schlechte of Water Valley, KY, Matthew Burdett of
New York, NY and David Burdett of Eugene, OR and 
two sisters: Sabrina Linenfelser of Staunton, IL and 
Destanee Burdett of Springfield, OR.

Hornbeak Funeral Chapel, Inc. is in charge of 
cremation arrangements.
