Felix M. Gossum

April 18, 1922 — April 20, 2007

He was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in South
Fulton and also served as an elder, was a Sunday School teacher and member of the choir. He was a veteran having served in World War II as a Lt. Col. in the U.S. Army; member of the American Legion, V.F.W. , was a Silver Star recipient, member of Fulton School Board, Fulton Electric Board & was past chairman, Past President of Fulton Country Club & was a member of the Sons of American Revolution He had been
the vice president of the Ken-Tenn Construction Company and had lived in Fulton most of his life.

He is survived by his wife - Mary Louise (Simons) Gossum of
Fulton,KY and 2 sons- Mike Gossum of Fulton, KY and Pat
Gossum of Las Vegas, Nevada. 4 grandchildren: Sara Gossum
Albuquerque, New Mexico, Natalie Gossum & Michael Gossum,
both of Fulton, KY, Nick Gossum and Tara Gossum both of
Las Vegas, Nevada.

He was preceded in death by his parents- Felix M. & Mazie Olinda
(Barber) Gossum.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 23th at the funeral home and burial will be in the Greenlea Cemetery in Fulton. Visitation will be from 12 noon on Monday until the funeral hour. Memorials may be made to the Cumberland Presbyterian Church 1159 Parker Road South Fulton, TN 38257 or to the Fulton Public Library 312 Main Street Fulton, KY 42041.
