Frances Gardner Kelley

October 18, 1926 — February 22, 2007

She was a homemaker and former secretary at Jiffy Steamer for many years, was a member of the South Fulton, TN Cumberland Presbyterian Church and was a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary. She had lived in this area most of her life.

She is survived by a son - M. Thomas (Phyllis) Kelley, Jr. of South Fulton,TN and a daughter - Alice (Jimmy) Kiser of Paducah, KY; 4 grandchildren:Amanda Kelley of Paris, TN, Jason Kelley of Huntsville, AL, Eric Kiser &
Adam Kiser both of Paducah, KY. A sister- Martha (Paul)Jarnigan of Union City, TN; Sister in law- Hazel Gardner and brother in law - Glen Winstead, both of Memphis, TN and also several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years- M. Thomas
Kelley, Sr., her parents- Jesse Olion and Lester Allen Gardner, six brothers and sisters: Gilbert Gardner, Rev. John Edward Gardner, Lucille Gardner, Novella Gardner Winstead, Albert Gardner and Sarah Gardner Lee.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday in our funeral chapel with burial to follow in the Obion Co. Memorial Gardens.
Visitation for Mrs.Kelley will be from 5:30-8:30 p.m. on Saturday and anytime after 8:00 a.m. on Sunday and until the funeral hour.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the American Cancer Society.
