He is survived by his mother, Betty (Pennell) Madding of Fulton, KY., his father, Leslie Parsons of CA., a daughter Justine Pennell of Fulton, KY.,
a step daughter, Lafawn Embrey of Water Valley, KY., three sisters,
Tabatha Madding and Tonja Madding Johnson both of Fulton, KY.,
Nancy Cathey of Water Valley, KY., two brothers, Bobby Madding of Union City, TN., and Eddie Madding of Cincinnati OH.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
