George Maurice Taylor

Mr. George Maurice Taylor, age 84, of South Fulton, TN passed away Wednesday, August 29,
2018 at the West Tennessee Healthcare Volunteer- Martin.
George was a member of the South Fulton Baptist Church, was a
United States Army veteran and retiring from the National Guard.
He is survived by two daughters; Jane Bailey (Wayne) of South Fulton,
TN and Karen Jones (John O.) of Hendersonville, TN, four grandchildren;
Meredith Johnson (Chad) of Jackson, TN, Robert Bailey (Katie) of
Jacksonville, FL, Melissa Jones of Denver, CO, Allison Smolen (Brent)
of Nashville, TN, two great grandchildren; Luke and Anna Bailey of Jacksonville,
FL.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Lula Bunton Taylor, who passed away in
2014, his parents, George Cecil and Clara Brown Taylor, a sister Ella Kusian
and a brother Cecil Robert Taylor.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30AM Saturday in our funeral chapel with burial
to follow in the Obion County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at the funeral
home from 10AM Saturday until the hour of service.
