Mrs. Hazel Smith of South Fulton died Wednesday at her home.
She was a member of the Smith Street Church of Christ and was a
retired police dispatcher for the city of South Fulton. She had lived
most of her life in this area.
She is survived by a son, Brian D. Smith of South Fulton TN.
She was preceded in death by her husband,Thomas D. "Smitty" Smith
February 6, 2010, her parents Lexie and Sophrona Tennessee
(Hargrove) Blanton, one brother, Carroll Blanton, two sisters, Julia Pruett
and Sara Nell McBride.
Funeral services will be held at 1PM Saturday in our funeral chapel. Burial will follow in the Obion County Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8PM Friday.
