She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Fulton, KY. She had been a secretary for the former Merrit Clothing Company and had lived in Fulton, KY most of her life.
She is survived by 2 sons: Dr. James Croft Reed of Lexington, KY and John Thomas Reed of Paducah, KY. 6 grandchildren: James Croft
Reed II of Greensboro, NC, Peter S. Reed of Chicago, IL, Brent W. Reed of Durham, NC, Cameron M. Reed of Canal Winchester, OH, Kristen Reed Gallimore of Nashville, TN and Samuel W. Reed of Los Angelos, CA. 1 great grandchild - Samantha Ann Scott of Canal Winchester, OH.
She was preceded in death by her husband - Seldon James Reed, her
parents - Homer F. & Cammie (Yates) Croft and a brother - Marvin F. Croft.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 5,2007 at 2 p.m. at the Greenlea Cemetery in Fulton. Visitation will be at the funeral home from noon Saturday until time to leave for the cemetery for services. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church
