Mrs. Hester Norman, formerly of Wingo,KY died September 15, 2009 at 11:25 p.m. at the Haws Memorial Nursing Home in Fulton,KY.
She was a member of the Old Bethel Primitive Baptist Church and was a retired clerk for J.C. Penney.
She is survived by a step son Charles Norman of Fulton,KY and
2 step daughters Macie Jones of Wingo, KY and Nita Jones of
Pleasantview, TN; 13 step grandchildren and several step great grandchildren. A brother Gerry Wilson of American Fork, Utah, 2 sisters Bonnie Jean Smith of Houston, TX and Char Aber of
Colorado Springs, CO, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband J.B. Norman, her
parents, a step son Ronald Norman and 2 brothers.
Funeral services will be held at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 19,2009 and interment will be in the Pinson Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. Saturday until the funeral hour.
Memorials may be made to the Fulton/South Fulton Relay For Life, c/o 302 Carr Street, Fulton, KY 42041.
