Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 21, 2006. Visitation will be from 6-9 Thursday and anytime Friday unitl the funeral hour. Jackson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was the owner of the former N & H Grocery Store in Dukedom, TN
and she was a Baptist. She had lived in this area most of her life.
She is survived by a daughter- Judith Goode of Dresden,TN and a son-David Matz of Dresden,TN, 4 grandchildren: Larry Dale Cheatham -San Rafael, CA, Katherine Lynn Castillo of Jackson, TN, Shannon Matz
of Camp Lejeune, NC and Mandy Hatela of Nashville, TN; 6 great
grandchildren, a brother- Hallas Harwood of Evansville, IN and a sister-Hazel Killebrew of Latham, TN.
She was preceded in death by her husband- Nick Matz and her parents-Guy & Vauda (Winstead) Harwood.
