Jack Hoyt Moore

Mr. Jack Hoyt Moore, age 90, of Fulton, KY died December 3, 2015 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Fulton for 83 years and was a hospital administrator for the former Fulton Hospital. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps, serving as a Second Lieutenant in World War II.
Mr. Moore is survived by his wife of 66 years, Martha Sisson Moore of Fulton,KY, whom he married November 25, 1949, two daughters and
sons in law - Sharon and Jimmy Newton of Fulton, KY and Susan and
Ricky Rothschild of Union City, TN and a son and daughter in law Hoyt and Leigh Ann Moore of South Fulton,TN; three grandchildren and their spouses, Ben Mullins (Macie) of Fulton,KY, Ryan Mullins (Katie) of Nashville, TN and Andrew Moore of Memphis, TN and two great grandchildren Cade Mullins and Coby Mullins, both of Fulton,KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents Gladys Robinson Moore and
Jack Hoyt Moore, Sr. and a sister Martha Moore Mahan.
A memorial service will be held at 2PM Sunday, Dec. 13th at the First United Methodist Church in Fulton KY. Visitation will be held from 1PM to 2PM at the church.
Memorials may be made to the Memorial Prayer Garden, First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 1386, Fulton KY 42041.
