Jan S. Phipps

Jan S. Phipps, 60, of Hickman died September 21, 2019 at Baptist Health in Paducah.

Jan was born on February 16, 1959 in Fulton County, KY to Charles Edward Totty and Shirley Modene (Mitchum) Totty.  

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Edward Totty and sister, Joy Totty.

Her survivors include her mother, Shirley Modene Totty of Hickman, daughters, Brandy Goodrich of Paducah and Jamie Goodrich of Hickman, brother, Charles (Chuck) Totty  of Union City, TN, her Loyal Companion, Lannie Phipps, Sr. of Hickman, grandchildren, Damyen Goodrich and Thorne Massey both of Hickman , Keegan Goodrich of Paducah and Bekah Ballard of Ripley, TN, 2 nieces and 2 nephews.

Jan was a wonderful person and loved so much by her family and friends.  

Funeral services will be held at Strong Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 24th at 3:00 P.M. with Rev. Jason Sipes officiating.  Burial will follow in the Hickman City Cemetery.  Allen Love, Brandon Watts, Wes Blasingim, Ryne Choate and Kenneth Knight will serve as pallbearers.  Her grandsons, Damyen Goodrich, Thorne Massey and Keegan Goodrich will be honorary pallbearers.

The family will receive visitors from 1:00 P.M. until service time at 3:00 P. M. on Tuesday at Strong Funeral Home.
