Mrs. Jen Ray Gearhart of Fulton died at her home on March 2
with her loved ones around her after defying the life expectancy
odds of her cancer diagnosis for over five years.
An active member of the Twin Cities community, she was a member of the First United Methodist in Fulton, had been a school teacher, and was the owner and operator of the former Color Corner in Fulton. She also served on the Fulton Independent School Site Based Committee, was past treasurer of the Fulton High School Booster Club, member of Paint The Town, served on the Twin City Ambulance Committee and was a member of the Chi Omega Social Sorority at Western Kentucky University. She had lived in this area most of her life.
She is survived by her husband Allen Gearhart of Fulton, KY, her mother Wilma (Harris) Browder, a son Grant Gearhart of Chapel Hill, NC and a brother Tom Browder of Fulton, KY.
She was preceded in death by her father Charles A. Browder.
* A Celebration to honor the life of Jen Ray Gearhart will be held on April 19, 2014 at the Fulton Country Club at 4 pm. The program will begin at 5 pm.
