Mr. Jerry R. Adams, age 77, of Fulton,KY died August 1,2010 at the Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY.
He was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church in Clinton, KY and
was a school bus driver for the Hickman County School System. He was also a commercial fisherman and he had lived most of his life in Hickman Co., KY.
He is survived by his fiancee of 13 yrs. Sadie E. Duncan of Fulton,KY, 3 daughters Hazel Adams of Bardwell, KY, Cheyenne Bradley of Hickman, KY and Mary Ruth Adams of Fulton,KY; a son Roy Moss Adams of Hickman,KY, 9 grandchildren, and a sister June Gardner of Fulton,KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents Percey Lillian (Drew) and Roy Moss Adams, 2 brothers and a sister.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Thursday, August 5,2010 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel and interment will be in the Greenlea Cemetery in Fulton. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-8 pm on Wednesday and anytime after 8 am on Thursday until the funeral hour.
Memorials may be made to the ST JUDE CHILDRENS RESEARCH HOSPITAL, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis,TN 38105-1942.
