Jerry Neal Crittendon of Fulton,KY died September 7, 2009 at his home.
He was of the Baptist faith and had lived in this area all of his life.
He is survived by his wife Patricia (Fry) Crittendon of Fulton, KY whom he married July 30, 1974; his mother Helen Ruth (Williams) Crittendon of Fulton,KY, 2 sons Jeff Crittendon of Mayfield, KY and Steven Crittendon of Fulton,KY, 3 grandchildren and a brother Terry Crittendon of Murray, KY.
He was preceded in death by his father Hershel Crittendon and his son Eric Crittendon.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, September 10,2009
at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel and interment will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Dukedom, TN.
Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday from 11 am until the funeral hour.
