Jimmy Loyd Glisson

Mr. Jimmy Loyd Glisson, age 73, of Fulton, KY died Tuesday, June 20,
2017 at his residence.
He was a member of the New Salem Baptist Church and a United States
Navy veteran. Mr. Glisson retired from General Tire after 30 years.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Sue Wray Glisson, whom he married August 30, 1978, son Jeffrey (Sandy) Glisson of Lynnville, KY, three step-children; Mitchell (Lee) Glisson of South Fulton, TN, Ricky (Mary) Glisson of South Fulton, TN, Tammie (BJ) Adams of Murray, KY, four grandchildren; Zachary Glisson of Mayfield, KY, Breeana Glisson of Lynnville, KY, Margie Falder of Eddyville, KY, Patrick Hennigan of Fairdealing, KY, two great grandchildren; Jasper Whitis and Patrick Hennigan Jr, four step-grandchildren, three step-great
grandchildren, a brother Bobby (Jo) Glisson of South Fulton, TN, two sisters; Shirley (Hugh) Walker of Sedalia, KY and Jane (Johnny) Alford of Dukedom, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents Elton Loyd "Red" and Lorene Batts Glisson.
Graveside services will be held at 11AM Thursday in the Pilot Oak Baptist Church Cemetery. There will be no visitation held at the funeral home and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at the hour of service.
