JoAnn Guill Poyner
February 20, 1938 — February 21, 2014
Mrs. JoAnn Guill Poyner, age 76, of Clinton, KY and formerly of Water Valley, KY died February 21, 2014 at the Arbor Place in Clinton.
She was of the Cumberland Presbyterian faith and had been the
apartment manager for Eaglewood Estates in South Fulton and had
also worked for Ferry Morse Seed Company. She was a graduate of
the University of Tennessee at Martin and had lived in this area all of her life.
She is survived by two sons James Edward Poyner and Michael Allen
Poyner of Martin,TN three daughters Carol Ann Damron and Lisa Michelle Cook, both of Martin, TN and Barbara Nell Roberts of Covington, TN; eight
grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; a brother Edward Guill of Clinton,KY and a sister Vida Marie McClure of Fulgham, KY.
She was preceded in death by her husband James Cecil Poyner, her
parents Nellie Christine (Reilly) and Barber Lee Guill and a sister Ruth Ederle.
Funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday, Feb. 26 in our funeral chapel with interment in the Camp Beauregard Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-8 pm on Tuesday and anytime after 8 am on Wed. until the funeral hour.
