Mr. John Arthur Payne, age 66, of Fulton, KY and formerly of
Virginia passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018 at the
Diversicare of Fulton.
He was a mechanic for a small engine repair shop. He was born in
Arlington, VA.
He is survived by his wife Beth Ann Oliver Payne of Front Royal, VA
and a daughter Shena Cox of Fulton, KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents James Howard Payne and
Jane Dempsey Payne.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
