Mr. John Milner, age 85, of Fulton, KY passed away Friday, November 22, 2019
at the Mercy Hospice Center in Paducah, KY.
He was born on July 14, 1934 in Lonoke, AR to the late James and Nora
McClain Milner.
John was a member of the Riceville Baptist Church and was a retired self-employed
painter. He was also a member of the Robert's Lodge #172. He lived most
of his life in this area.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Lucia Milner, whom he married June 6, 1990,
a daughter Sandy (David) Sublette of Fulton, KY, two sons; Philip (Linley) Milner
of Greenwood, MS and Mark (Susie) Milner of Shreveport, LA, two step-sons;
Jeffrey (Dawn) Childers of Brooksville, FL and Jason (Jamie) Childers of Iowa
City, IA, thirteen grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, two brothers; Billy (Evelyn)
Milner of South Fulton, TN, Tommy (Jacque) Milner of Amory, MS, two sisters;
Lois Elliott of Fancy Farm, KY and Doris Diehl of Mayfield, KY.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara
Milner and three sisters; Violet Connell, Bea Larkin and Oleta Edwards.
Funeral services will be held at 12Noon Monday at the Riceville Baptist Church with
burial to follow in the Pleasant View Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at the
Riceville Baptist Church from 10AM Monday until the hour of service.
