Jon "Hanky" True

Mr. Jon "Hanky" True, age 72, of Water Valley, KY, passed Friday, December 13, 2024 at Western Baptist Hospital Paducah.

He was born on May 17,1952, in Petosi, MO to the late Arnold and Ruth Wright True.

 Jon was a member of The Wingo Old Cumberland Presbyterian Church and retired from Turner Dairies of Fulton, KY.

He enjoyed riding 4-wheelers, fishing, hunting and gardening.

 He is survived by his wife, Kay True, whom he married August 27,1971, his children, Darin True of Paducah, KY and

Derik True of Hazel, KY; and grandchildren, Layne True, Lindi True, and Logan True of Paducah, KY; one brother, David True 

of Water Valley, KY, and several nieces and nephews.

 In addition to his parents, he is proceeded in death by two brothers, Donald Joe True, and Danny True; one nephew, Britt True.

 Funeral services for Mr. Jon "Hanky" True will be held at 2:00pm Tuesday, December 17, 2024, in our funeral chapel with burial

to follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11:00am Tuesday until the hour of service.
