Mrs. Juliana Kovacs age 72 of Water Valley,KY died May 26, 2011 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
She was a member of the St. Edward Catholic Church in Fulton, KY and was a homemaker. She had lived in Water Valley, KY since 1994 when she moved from Chicago, IL.
She is survived by a daughter and son in law Juliana and David Hicks of Water Valley, KY, three grandchildren and their spouses: Katherine Joyner (Wesley) of South Fulton, TN, Sarah Parrish (Joshua) of Fulton,KY and James Hicks of Water Valley, KY and three great grandchildren Riley
Joyner and Grant Joyner, both of South Fulton, TN and Mason Parrish of Fulton,KY. A sister Eva Schatz of St. Clarie, MO and two brothers George Joos and Frank Joos of Chicago, IL.
She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Kovacs and her
parents Mathias and Maria (Fisher) Joos.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30AM Monday at the St. Edward Catholic Church. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8PM Sunday.
Memorials may be made to the St. Edward Catholic Church, 504 Eddings Street, Fulton KY 42041.
