Kenneth Gene Cherry

Mr. Kenneth Gene Cherry, age 69, of the Dukedom community died July 31, 2012 at the Lourdes Hospital in Paducah,KY.
He was a member of the New Salem Baptist Church and had retired
from General Tire Company. He was also a member of the Wanderers
gospel quartet and he had lived in the Dukedom community most of his life.
He is survived by his wife Christene (Wilkins) Cherry of Dukedom,TN, his mother Dorothy (Haynes) Cherry of Dukedom, TN, three daughters and sons in law Jackie Tallent of Jackson, TN, Kim Mingledorff (Marc)of Jackson, TN, Rhonda Richardson (Chad) of Springfield, TN and a son and daughter in law Keith Cherry (Cindy) of Paris, TN; nine
grandchildren and one great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his father Cleo Cherry.
Funeral services will be held at 6 pm on Friday, August 3 at the Jackson Funeral Home in Dukedom.
Visitation will begin at 4 pm at the funeral home.
