Kevin Ward Johnson

Kevin Ward Johnson was born April 15, 1973, in Fulton, KY and passed away a resident of Castro Valley, CA on March 31, 2016. He is the son of Sharon A. Johnson of Fulton and the late Joe W. Johnson, also of Fulton. He was predeceased by his older brother, J. Lee Johnson.


Kevin is survived by his mother, Sharon Johnson; an aunt, Grace Sellers, of Tampa, Florida; a sister-in-law, Betsy Johnson of Santa Barbara, Ca; and several cousins.


Kevin attended classes in Fulton County, KY and later in San Jose, CA. He had been a resident of Fern Lodge for several years. All who knew Kevin were impressed by his ready smile and joyous demeanor. Though he was young in years, he had touched the lives of many and brightened their days.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 18 at 12:30 pm at the Hornbeak Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11:30 am Monday until the service hour.
