Mr. Lewis D. Patrick, age 86, of Fulton,KY died June 30, 2011 at the Haws Memorial Nursing Home in Fulton.
He was a member of the Crutchfield Baptist Church and had retired from the U.S. Postal Service as a carrier. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War II. He was also a farmer.
He is survived by his daughter Linda Patrick of Fulton, KY, a son
Larry (Tricia) Patrick of Bartlett, TN; three grandchildren and their spouses, Jason and Jaime Patrick of Covington, TN, Brian and Taffy Martin of Memphis, TN and Tisha Martin of Bartlett, TN, three great grandchildren Colin Patrick and Riki Byler both of Covington, TN and Anne-Marie Martin of Memphis, TN.
He was preceded in death by his wife Martha Louise (Richardson)
Patrick, his parent Otta (Apperson) and Charles Arnold Patrick, a daughter Diane Patrick, and two brothers Elvis Leon Patrick and Lester Patrick.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 pm on Sunday, July 3 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in the Pleasant View Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-8 pm on Saturday and on Sunday until the funeral hour.
