Mrs. Loretta Ann Sams of Fulton, KY died early September 20,2017
at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY.
She was a member of the South Fulton United Methodist Church and
was a homemaker. She had lived in this area all of her life.
She is survived by her husband Glyn Marshall Sams of Fulton,KY, a
daughter and son in law Lori and Wendel Weitlauf of Fulton,KY, two
sons and daughters in law Greg and Tammy Sams and Todd and
Christy Sams, all of Nashville,TN; five grandchildren and 5 great
grandchildren and a sister Lela Henderson (Paul) of Michigan.
She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Bessie Perry
Gilbert, two brothers and a sister.
Private service was held and memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, c/o 302 Carr Street, Fulton,KY 42041.
