Lyman H. Meador

Mr. Lyman H. Meador, age 75, of South Fulton, TN passed away Sunday,
July 28, 2019 at his residence.

Lyman was born on September 3, 1943 in Black Oak, AR to the late
James Elbert and Opal Alley Meador. He was the valedictorian of his
high school class of 1961 in Cash, AR.

He was of the Baptist faith and was a former deacon, treasurer, board
member, Sunday School teacher for the Twin Cities Assembly of God.
He was also a member of the Gideons International.

Lyman was a Project Manager for the former Stanley Jones Corp. in South
Fulton,TN for 37 years, then going to Optimech Construction Company in
Nashville, TN from 2006-2015. He then went to be the Project Manager for
the Fulton County Detention Center addition in Hickman, KY from
2017-2019.

He is survived by his wife, Lorene Harris Meador, whom he married
August 6, 1982, a son Ronald Taylor (Kathy) Johnston of South Fulton,
TN, two daughters; Sidney Elizabeth White of Martin, TN and Stephanie
Jo Clapp of Fulton, KY, seven grandsons; Nathan Johnston, Matthew
(LeighAnn) Manning, Dustin (Jessica) Johnston, Blair (Sarah) White,
Jared (Samantha) Johnston, Seth Clapp and Joel Clapp, three great-
grandchildren; Alleigh Manning, Cason Johnston and Corbin Johnston,
a brother Frank Meador of Cornith, MS, a sister Maxine Troxler
of Jonesboro, AR, his Yorkie companion, Abby Kate and many family
and friends.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by three brothers and
two sisters.

Funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, August 1, 2019 in our
funeral chapel with Bro. Troy Alley and the grandsons of Mr. Meador officiating. Visitation
will be at the funeral home from 5-8 pm on Wednesday and after 8 am on
Thursday until the funeral hour.  Interment will be in the Pleasant View Memorial Gardens.
