Mrs. Marie Wilhaucks, age 98, of Martin, TN died Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at the Diversicare of Fulton.
She was a member of the McConnell Baptist Church, where she was the oldest member, a member of the Joy Sunday School Class, WMU and the Ladies of Faith. She lived in the McConnell community all of her life.
Mrs. Marie is survived by a daughter, Peggy McConnell of South Fulton, TN, five grandchildren; Mark (Angela) Wilhaucks of Humbolt, TN, Stephanie (Paul) Maxwell of South Fulton, TN, Jeff (Lee) Wilhaucks of Huntsville, AL, Melissa (Donald) Hardin of Medina, TN, Kelley (Chad) Gerber of Bethalto, IL, eleven great grandchildren; Bryan Wilhaucks of St. Louis, MO, Morgan Maxwell of South Fulton, TN, Matthew Wilhaucks of Knoxville, TN, Macy Maxwell of
South Fulton, TN, Jessica Gerber of Carbondale, IL, Mason Hardin of Medina, TN, Ally Gerber of Bethalto, IL, Hannah Hardin of Medina, TN, Connell Hardin of Medina, TN, Ella Wilhaucks of Huntsville, AL, Emma Wilhaucks of Huntsville, AL and a daughter in law Virginia Wilhaucks of South Fulton, TN.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James "Buck" Wilhaucks,
whom she was married to for 56 years, a son James "Doodle" Wilhaucks,
Jr, her parents Lon and Minnie Damron Hastings, three sisters; Christine Long, Annie V. Brundige, Dorothy Wrather and a son in law Bobby McConnell.
Funeral services will be held at 2PM Friday in our funeral chapel with burial to follow in the Obion County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10AM Friday until the hour of service.
