Martha V. Brooks

Martha Brooks, age 69, of South Fulton, TN died May 18, 2010 at her home.

She was of the Baptist faith and had been a seamstress at Fisher's in Michigan, was a bartender at Dot's in South Fulton, TN and also at the Lake Club in Samburg, TN. She was a quilter and also made handcrafted American Indian jewerly. She had lived in Obion Co. most of her life.

She is survived by 4 sons and daughters in law: Stephen Dale Caksackker (Mary), Tommy Lynn Caksackker (Mary), Anthony Wayne Caksackker (Meridith), all of South Fulton, TN, and Richard Alan Caksackker (Lori) of
Hornbeak, TN and a daughter Marlena Noel Caksackker of South Fulton,TN; thirteen grandchildren:Stephen Lee
Johnson, Clay McClurken, Adam Caksackkar, Brittany Caksackkar,
Ryan Caksackkar, Lena Caksackkar, Preston Caksackkar and David
Caksackkar, all of South Fulton, TN, Chris Jones of Clinton,KY, Josh Thompson of Camden, TN, Dominique Caksackkar of Fulton, KY, Malorie Dick of Peru, IN, and Richard Caksackkar, Jr. of Almo, TN; and 9 great grandchildren and a sister Shirley Glover of
South Fulton, TN.

She was preceded in death by her husband Danny Edward Brooks,
her parents Clifton and Elena (Kilabrew) Steven, and a sister Barbara Fry.

Funeral services will be 11 am Friday, May 21 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel and interment will be in the Sandy Branch Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-8 pm on Thursday and anytime Friday until the funeral hour.
